Privacy Policy

Get Stuff Done is a personal tool used only by its developer, on the developer's own Google accounts. It is not offered to other people.

What it accesses

With the account owner's consent, it requests read-only access to Gmail, Google Calendar and Google Classroom. It cannot send, change or delete anything in those accounts.

What it does with that data

• Reads recent emails, upcoming calendar events and current assignments to find tasks and due dates.
• Stores trimmed copies of that text in a database on a home server owned by the developer.
• Processes it with a language model running on that same server. No data is sent to any cloud AI service.

Sharing

Data is not sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising. It does not leave the developer's own server, other than notifications sent to the developer's own phone.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Retention and deletion

Data is kept on the developer's server until the developer deletes it. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
